Service requests and visits
When you request service, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code, appliance, brand, problem and preferred timing. For an arranged visit, we also record the service address, agreed times and booking notes. We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate service and maintain service records.
Our backend database stores requests, their status and service history. Requests may include the entry page, referring page and campaign or advertising click identifiers when available, so we can understand where requests originate. Request submission does not confirm an appointment.
Services that process information
The website and database are hosted on a Time4VPS server. Selected request details are sent to the owner's Telegram account for handling service requests. For scheduled visits, booking details may be sent to the owner's Google Calendar, including name, phone, appliance, problem, address, visit times and notes. These operational flows are separate from optional Google Analytics.
Our server processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and limit abusive requests. Service records are also included in database backups. The application does not currently automatically delete service records on a fixed schedule. Contact us about access, correction or deletion; we will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you choose Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics and measure page views, phone-link clicks and successfully received service requests. A phone-link click is not proof of a connected call, and a received request is not a confirmed booking.
Analytics uses cookies and technical information such as browser/device information and network connection information. We send a cleaned page address and, when configured, reviewed campaign labels. We do not send your form fields, name, phone, email, ZIP, symptoms or lead ID to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our integration. Enhanced Measurement is disabled for this stream.

Your analytics choice
Accept analytics and Reject are equally available. Before acceptance, we do not load Google Analytics or send analytics or cookieless pings to Google. Rejecting analytics does not prevent a service request or phone call.
Use Analytics preferences in the footer at any time to change your choice. Choosing Reject after acceptance stops further analytics collection and clears this site's Google Analytics cookies. It does not undo information already sent while you had accepted.
We save your choice in this browser's local storage until you change it or clear browser data. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Other devices and browsers have separate choices.
Other browser storage
Independently of optional Google Analytics, the site uses browser storage to support request retries and preserve the source of a request as you move from a service page to the form. Acquisition information is kept within the browser tab, with a 30-minute inactivity limit between page loads. Accepting analytics also allows tab-based duplicate-event prevention. This storage is not sent to Google as customer information.
